If you cannot use the standalone terminals we recommend to use any external payment options you have available.

Your terminals are unable to connect to WiFi, or your WiFi is down.  Use 4G

Both our terminals, S1F2 and F1, have SIM cards included and will automatically connect to the 4G network.

Note: If the F1 terminals do not have a SIM card included, you can either purchase  SIM cards from us or from your preferred mobile network provider.

Standalone terminal guide

Please note that using a standalone terminal will impact your reports, as transactions will not be recorded.

Since card verification with the issuer is not performed, there is an increased risk of fraud. Additionally, your daily settlement must be processed manually, so be sure to print merchant transaction copies for your records, and ensure that you fill in the Z-report according to authority regulations. If you're unsure how to set up a Z-report, please reconcile with your accountant.
