How guests provide feedback
After a purchase, the guest is presented with a "Give us your feedback" box with five emojis: | |
When clicking, guests are asked to choose what part element of the visit they want to provide feedback about. It's only possible to give feedback once for each category. |

The guest is then prompted to choose one element they liked/disliked the most. It's possible to choose multiple items here. |

Guest is now asked to leave a comment or can click SEND FEEDBACK. |
How to find the feedback
Feedback is presented in admin.favrit.com > Dashboard > Feedback. Learn more.
However, we don't show nor count feedback related to "ORDER SOLUTION" to you, as this is feedback we internally in Favrit will benefit from.
It's not possible at all to contact a guest after a feedback submission. Favrit Support can't give out any information about guests due to privacy concerns.
