      How to change and activate SIM-cards in F1 terminals

      For F1 terminals with built-in battery:

      1. Turn off the terminal.
      2. Open the back cover of the terminal
      3. Insert the SIM card in the same direction as shown in the photo.
      4. Turn on the terminal, tap the three dots at the top, and select Settings.
      5. Select Open System Settings.
      6. Select Network & Internet.
      7. Select Mobile network.

      8. Enable Roaming.



        Once roaming is enabled, the terminal should work. However, in some rare cases the SIM card may not connect to mobile data. If that happens, do the following

      9. On the same page as in step 8, select Advanced and scroll to the bottom.
      10. Select Access Point Names.
      11. Create a new access point by tapping the + icon.
      12. Set the name to whatever you prefer. Set the APN to comfycom.tele2.com. Leave the remaining fields blank.
      13. Save the access point by tapping the three dots at the top and selecting Save.

      14. Make sure the new access point is selected.
