      How to change SIM-cards in Adyen terminals

      Step by step guide on how to change SIM-cards in S1F2 terminals in case a SIM-card is defective. ONLY use SIM-cards provided by Favrit or Adyen in your terminals.

      1. Make sure the terminal is turned off.

      2. Pull the back cover downwards to remove it.PXL_20250703_074330418.MP[1]
      3. Push the battery lever to remove the battery.

      4. Remove the old SIM card by pulling it upwards. Do not use any sharp metal objects, as this may damage internal components.

      5. Insert the new SIM card into the same slot where the previous SIM card was located.
      6. Reassemble the terminal by reinserting the battery and putting the back cover back on
      7. Turn on the terminal
      8. Go to Settings → Network → Mobile network, and check if the new SIM card appears there. If it does not appear, make sure it has been inserted correctly.
