# Legal Disclaimer about accounting and tax

## This article explains your responsibilities as a customer for accounting and tax-related setup in Favrit, and what Favrit Support can and cannot help you with.

#### Your responsibility as a customer

Through the Favrit platform, you can add, edit and remove information about how to set up product groups with account numbers and VAT rates.

It's your duty as a customer to comply with applicable laws in your country. We recommend that you check with your accountant, auditor and/or local tax authorities before making changes.

#### What Favrit Support can help with

When contacting Favrit Support, we won't advise you on which accounts to use, which product groups to set up or which VAT rates to apply. We can help you with how to use the platform and inform you about what is common practice, but the final choices are your responsibility.

#### Changes after the fact

If you've made a mistake, it's neither possible nor legal for us to change reports after the fact. Please double-check your setup carefully before you start using it.
