  3. Enter your PIN code.
  4. Configure your internet connection. For Wi-Fi (most common): In the bottom-right corner, click on the Wi-Fi Icon, white bars and black background icon, then choose your Wi-Fi connection and enter your password.

  6. Sign in with your user account. If you don't have one, Contact Support.
  7. If you are going to use a printer with your system, ensure that "start-ordr" also opened automatically. If not, go to the desktop and open "start-ordr".

View Surface Go 2 features page on Microsoft Support to familiarize yourself with the layout and features. To learn more about your tablet, visit Microsoft Surface Support.

  2. Connect power cable to the DC 24V port - and to a power outlet.
  3. Connect the USB cable to your printer (the thick end) - and to your tablet.
  4. Reseat the back cover.
  5. Open the front cover to check if paper is seated correctly (top feed).
  6. Turn on printer by holding the power button.
  7. Test printer by pressing the feeding button.

Installing the tablet and printer in your location

  • The tablet has a kick stand which makes it easy to place anywhere in your location without a docking station or other equipment.
  • Ensure that tablet always is (or can be) connected to power. Printer must always have power to operate.
  • If you have tablet and printer in your kitchen or behind a bar, be careful to not place it anywhere it can get water damage, or be exposed to oils, grease etc. Have paper and sanitizers handy to quickly wipe the device.
  • If you want to, you can add a keyboard and mouse to your tablet, but it works perfectly with the touch screen as well.

Testing your equipment and getting help

If we know at the time of setup, we already configured your location to match your printer. You can test this by simply going to admin.favrit.com, and test print a receipt (make a new order if needed).

If not, support need to configure it for you. We already have remote access to all tablets, so please ensure that you're online with your tablet and contact us!
