      Connect cash drawer to Favrit

      You can connect to any cash drawer, either by connecting it to the printer, or using mPOP.

      Connect any cash drawer to the printer

      1. Purchase a cash drawer in the Favrit Shop.
      2. Use a RJ12 cable and connect it from the cash drawer to the printer.

      3. Follow the steps in this guide, up until "Setting up printer with Favrit app". Continue with the steps below.
      4. Go to the "Hardware" tab in the app. Click "Connect printer and cash drawer"

      5. Select the printer

      6. Give the printer a name, select placement and select "A cash drawer is connected to this printer".

      7. Click "Connect". You can now use this cash drawer to receive cash payments. Here you can learn more about cash payments.

      Connect to the mPOP cash drawer

      The mPOP cash drawer has a built in printer. You can buy the mPOP in the Favrit Shop.

      1. mPOP can be connected with the iPad either with Bluetooth or with USB.
      2. In the Favrit app, click "Connect printer and cash drawer". 
      3. Select the mPOP, give it a name and select placement
      4. Click "Connect". You can now use this cash drawer to receive cash payments and printing receipts.
